MasterThreader

The MasterThreader- Machine Concept is used for the machining of all kinds of fittings and nipples, varying from sizes R ¼” up to 6”. The different machine types are modular design and are able to process two parts simultaneously. By utilizing CNC controls the thread-cutting– and auxiliary-process time is reduced to a minimum. This ensures maximum efficiency.

Core characteristics:

• Robust base-frame to support the machining units, the clamping module and the handling-unit
• Double- or single- thread cutting-units with sleeve diameter 130mm and manual quick clamp unit HSK 63
• CNC controlled advancing of machining units
• Centrical clamping of rotationally symmetric parts
• Servo-handling for parts feeding and parts discharging
• Moveable circulation feeders with 26 universal constant-magnet-fixtures
• Integrated chip-collecting pan for complete discharging of chips and cooling liquid
• Complete guarding of machine for coolant containment and for personnel-protection
