MasterCell FlexMilling

The MasterCell FlexMilling offers new possibilities in metal cutting due to the usage of 6-axis-robot technology.

With this technology the robot, in a variety of applications within the cell, is able to take over the work of a CNC machine, respectively the complex deburring work. Conceptual possibilities are toolings as well as work piece applications.

The system can be used as a milling or deburring work station with manual feed as well as within an automated line. In the latter case, the feeding process can be done, for example, through a conveyor system.

Whereas a CNC machine can only perform one process step, possibilities like deburring, handling, assembly or checking can be integrated in the MasterCell FlexMilling. The versatility of the robot allows therefore for a higher flexibility in rigid machine connections, at a lower investment.

The precision of the performed work is outstanding and makes the MasterCell FlexMilling a fitting tool for the automotive supplier as well as the plastics and rubber industry.
