MasterCell - Concept

The MasterCell can be used as an automated single work station (with a manual feed) as well as be combined with technologically sophisticated automated lines. For the use as a single work station every MasterCell is equipped with its own control and control panel.

Besides a rigid connection the most diverse work piece transfer systems can be used as linkages of the MasterCell. The modular design enables for a fast, requirement-based and economic expansion with increasing part quantities. Hereby the MasterCell provides a real-time invest for the owner. Modern robots as well as leading-edge technologies in the assembly and testing technology are used in the MasterCell, thus enabling it for the ability to realize complex processes.
