ProLine
Designed as modular assembly systems, the range of robots are convincing due to their high availability and very quick unloading times. Weights up to 30 kg can easily be handled. All robot ranges have the Robot Mobile Panel (RMP) with color touch screen which allows for a simple and easy to understand robot programming and operating.
ProLine Series
The HAHN ProLine linear-robot series are equipped with the latest drive and control technology, robust and rigid mechanical design and lifetime lubrication, thus providing shorter cycle times and maintenance free operation.
Your HAHN Robot is highly flexible and can be used for all automation jobs, due to its various versions and modular design.
Basic Version
- Power-operated principal axes with absolute linear encoder (No reference run necessary)
- All axes simultaneously navigable for shorter cycle times
- Pneumatic swivel C-axis 0/90°
- 1x Gripper function (monostable)
- 1x Vacuum generator 40 Nl/min (Venturi)
- Ejector with digital vacuum adjustment
- 2 programmable inputs and ouputs (e. g. for conveyor belt control)
